Installation and maintenance

Web based applications are of very easy installation and maintenance.  Consonant the management of the implementation project, if desirable, is possible to start the installation and all the system configuration in the server of Inoxroom, at the same time that all network continues with access to the same application server, not being necessary any additional resources of equipment, apart from the use of a simple web browser.  Because of this, it’s possible to make the installation and gradual training of users, guaranteeing a desirable performance, without needing brusque substitution of the existing application or to make a major upgrade of the used equipments.  In the same way, technical support is also extraordinarily minimized.

Front Office Reports

Information, Management, Planning

Module where reports and maps of the Front-office operations can be obtained and that constitute the necessary data to the daily operation of the hotel unit as well as other elements to management and planning.  All reports can be printed, viewed in the screen or exported to different file types.

Plannings

• All the situations of over-booking will be visualized of a different color so that the user has the perception of the situation
• Planning of amounts of free and occupied rooms, for each day of the year, as well as monthly average occupation
• Planning of reserves by room types (contracted and to sell) in relation to each allotment contract
• Reports for agencies, referring to the fulfilment of contracts in relation to the contracted and sold units.  This  report also shows the percentages of fulfilment of contracts for agencies and by room types
• In the room planning is possible to use drag and drop to modify the room of a reservation.

Reservations

• Automatic transaction input of sub-departments (for example:  television, safe-box, etc.), when processing the daily input of room price in the account of the customer

Module that allows the interface with phone centrals with the application, to provide a simpler and necessary control of all the phones activities.  Besides automatically launching the amount of the calls made by guests in the respective accounts, it also allows the immediate invoicing of all calls made, even if they are not from guests and produces reports for all phones activity.

Inoxroom PDA

Module that allows that from PDA terminals with Windows CE/Pocket PC the use of some of the functions of the application, such as:

Some Functionalities

• Adaptation to any type of hotel unit (Hotel, Aparthotel, Residential, BB, etc.)
• Configuration of the type of daily rate calculation:  by person, by room or compound
